I bought a 6x12 enclosed trailer from Thor- The process was seamless and easy.  From talking over the phone, receiving details about the trailer, putting down the deposit and final payment.  All easy as can be. The trailer was waiting for me when I arrived, all my paper work was complete- the trailer was tagged and ready to go. While I was there- I noticed them prepping another trailer for sale- They were taking the time to check the lug nut torque with a torque wrench- a seemingly small detail that is incredibly important. Great place if you want to buy a good trailer or if you need to get your trailer fixed. The staff is nice and friendly.
